I have certain notes in Yojimbo that continue grow from information
sent to me via email. Since that email isn't always plain text, the
info pasted into these Yojimbo notes inherits that unwanted
formatting. I would like to be able to set the default format for
those notes to be "no format" or plain text so that when I paste into
them, I don't have to repeatedly remove the formatting (I have
created a keyboard shortcut for that menu entry, but it still is a
pain when it has to be done dozens of times).

Given that I haven't been able to see how to do this, I would like to
know:

(1) Is this possible with the current version of Yojimbo?

(2) If not, I would like to request this as a feature for a future
update.
