I too own several BBSW products. For me Rich has never been as you describe just helpful. Maybe I'm just lucky.

Bull! Telling someone that they've posted to the wrong place and it belongs at BBSW Support is exactly what this list is for. Get a clue!

Interesting post, sarcastic, nasty, insulting and very hypocritical. Didn't you notice that by posting this you were doing exactly what you accused others of doing. I suggest you post your questions instead of this kind of thing. I also suggest you read your own email and perhaps take your own advice.
Please note that this was emailed directly to you. This kind of crap doesn't belong on the list as it serves no useful purpose!
JBS -- Experience should teach us to be most on our guard to protect liberty when the Government's purposes are beneficent. Men born to freedom are naturally alert to repel invasion of their liberty by evil-minded rulers. The greatest dangers to liberty lurk in insidious encroachment by men of zeal, well-meaning but without understanding. Â -Justice Louis D. Brandeis, dissenting, Olmstead v. United States
