How do you use this feature?
I tried entering it in my browser with no luck using any of my
folders.

You can now refer to Yojimbo collections by URI. The syntax is similar
to the URI syntax for items:

x-yojimbo-collection://collection-id
x-yojimbo://Collection/collection-id
