I was wondering if anyone here uses Yojimbo as a research tool or if it mainly functions as a digital junk drawer for people?
I use it for both, but I'm having trouble figuring out an efficient sorting method. I currently use a standard group for each general portion of my database (such as: home, work, and research) along with more specific tag groups for individual themes (such as: favorites, bibliography, and syllabi). This seems to work, but it also seems like I could organize things a little better. Is it just the limitations of the "ease of use" philosophy built in to Yojimbo (this was my initial attraction to the app and why it's such a large part of my workflow)? Any thoughts?
