I've just arrived at Yojimbo via Tinderbox, and exploring how it might be a front end to that program. At present I use Google Notebook for web clippings. On an interesting page you select the text you're interested in and save it as a new note in GN (I use the GN Firefox widget). You get the only text and URL saved in the note. You can edit out any unwanted stuff (ads, pictures etc). That's what I'd like to do in Yojimbo, but can't see anything between a full web archive and a text note (which doesn't come with auto URL storage).
