I am having a minor problem with Yojimbo. I cannot "empty" it's trash. Obviously I have messed up the database.
Choosing "Empty Trash" from the menu item results in no visible change to the interface.
Choosing "Empty Trash" from the pop-up controller at the bottom of the side bar results in a "gray" icon pop-up controller icon. The icon returns to the proper color if I open and close the popup.
The trash contains a few dozen items.
The problem arose when I began to have problems synchronizing my database between two computers via .Mac. I was having a problem where the current version of a note, for example, was being replaced from .Mac with a less current version of the note. Even after "resetting" .Mac I was still having problems with older versions of notes replacing newer version of notes.
To work around this (and here is the core of the problem) I simply copied one Yojimbo database from one machine to another.
Following that I have found that I can no longer "Empty Trash".
