I am new to Yojimbo and still test driving it but like it very much so far. However, I do not understand yet how best to organise info with either tags, collections, labels and flagging and wondered if there are any websites or samples as to how people ar using it?
It seems strange to me that if an item is tagged it still appears in unsorted even though it also shows up in a tagged collection. If unsorted could be used as a sort of inbox of items to deal with (thinking of gtd here - what else could be used as an inbox), it means constantly moving items to new collections doesnt it?
Also, does anyone have ideas on how labels might be used? I can't see the purpose if you are already tagging and maybe flagging items.
Thanks.
Mark
