I'm placing more and more items into Yojimbo and using searching to find items.
I'm beginning to wonder how people get rid of items that are no longer necessary. It would take me too long to go through all the items, say once a month, to see if data is still relevant.
I was hoping for some sort of smart folder that would allow me to review items for deletion.
Something like the ability to review items that were created a year ago.
The only hitch is, I need a way to mark items that make the culling as good, and have them show up a year from now in the review folder.
I suppose one method of working with this is to delete items as I find them in my searching. This is probably the most time effective way of handling items.
Any suggestions for people working with this? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Yojimbo Talk" group.
