Firstly, I have loved using Yojimbo, from beta though to very recently. However, it's been a while, and it's become time for me to move on. My needs and usage patterns have changed. Essentially now I'm using Evernote for most things and Dropbox / KeepassX for others.
I know that sounds more cluttered than 'using Yojimbo' but it's actually running quite well.
Why have I stopped on Yojimbo? Well, as several have commented, iPhone integration was a reason, another was the lack of any kind of web sync or access built in (i.e. not Webjimbo). I tried syncing my Yojimbo folder over Dropbox for a while, but I still can't access it from my iPhone or from my Windows or Linux box.
I'm sure Barebones have other fish to fry, but I was surprised when Yojimbo seemed to score after WeatherCal for dev hours (?) - I think that's a shame. Nothing wrong I suppose with WeatherCal, but to me, selfishly, I craved more Yojimbo features, and ways to access those features.
I'll still read these boards, and still get a lot of mileage from BBEdit 8.x so I wish Barebones every success in the future, and maybe if Yojimbo makes version 2, I might be back.
