I really like Yojimbo however there is one key feature missing for me
and that is multiple levels on collections (or collections within
collections). I would like to be able to to something like:

Collection Tag 1
-Collection Tag 2
-Collection Tag 3
--Collection Tag 4
etc...

This would make Collection Tag 1 hold everything with Tag 1.
Collection Tag 2 would hold everything with Tag 1 and Tag 2.
Collection Tag 3 would hold everything with Tag 1 and Tag 3. Finally
Collection Tag 4 would holder everything with Tag1, Tag 3, and Tag 4.
This would be incredibly useful for taking notes for designing
software like games.

Is there any plan to support this type of functionality?
