Yes!
Allow me to add some additional requests.
2. I can sort items in a collection via flag, name, comments, or tag, but not label -- please add label.
3. When adding a new item and wanting to pick a tag for it, why not provide a selection of all the tags that currently exist instead of providing a real time search (of all the tags that currently exist) depending upon what characters I type? I know it's much more work to do it the way you've done it, but it would work better for me as a simple selection list (which would also include "new"). Sometimes the simplest is the best.
4. Labels are nice for items, but what about for collections? It would be nice to color collections as I want.
5. Important! It would be nice to sort collections as I want as well, including a drag and drop to whatever position I want them to hold. Right now their position is alphabetical, which means I have to add the prefix of aWhatever to zWhatever to my collections to have them appear in the order I want.
6. Important! It would be nice to sort items as I want as well, as described in item 5.
7. Important and ~very~ simple to do! I often hide the tool-bar because it uses valuable space and most of the items are repeated at the bottom in the widget icon that allows "New Collection", "New Tag Collection", "Rename", "Delete", and so on. Why not add "New Item" to that list? It's strange that it's missing. Besides, that way you would completely repeat the functionality of the tool-bar and allow people to hide the tool bar without loss.
