I've read the threads about syncing via Dropbox, and that is what I want to start doing. However, I have one problem: the Yojimbo files on my iMac and my Macbook are out of sync, by a month's worth of data. I need to get them in sync, to get all the data into a single database, before I copy that database to Dropbox and start syncing that way. Syncing via Mobile Me just seems to hang on syncing Yojimbo items, and never finishes.
Is there ANY way I can get the two files in sync without using Mobile Me?
