I've recently begun using my ipod to store and display notes, such as keeping important recipes at hand when working in the kitchen, rather than using my laptop and YJ as I had been.
There is a nice piece of freeware from Apimac called iPod Notes, which allows one to store and edit a set of notes in a folder on your mac and sync it to the ipod when mounted.
What I'd like to have is a script that would allow me to quickly export a file or a selected block of text from YJ as plaintext into the specified folder. I know nothing about writing scripts, so I'd just like to know how complicated such a script would be to create. (It would be even better if it could autoname the file with the 1st line of text, but that might be too much to ask.)
Thanks Andrew
